Affordable New Homes have developed an approach to house building that is governed by three basic rules:
Affordability, Flexibility and Sustainability.
We have several house designs to choose from, each laid out differently, but all fitting within the same 'shell'. Not that every house we build will look the same. With our timber frame construction the bricks, the roof tiles, windows, doors and eaves details are all decisions we can make to suit the locality and create a sense of individuality.
Timber frame is also a very eco-friendly way to build, using sustainable sources of materials with low carbon emission values. In fact, under the Code for Sustainable Housing, our homes all achieve Code Level 4, and subject to site conditions, can achieve the highest Code Level 6.
Our houses are not only built to last, they're also built to a specification that will last. And that means they will maintain their value for generations to come. |
