The new Design and Quality Standards are broken down into 3 categories, HQIs for internal environment, the Code for Sustainable Homes for sustainability, and Building for Life for the external environment.
We have adopted an approach for all our sites which complies with these requirements in full, making the planning process run smoothly and to the minimum timescales.
